certified contractor would be well versed on installation and venting of bathroom fansThe homeowner needs to hold the certified contractor responsible to vent the fan properlyAs far as the sizing of the fan, we have also double checked this and the fan size is adequate for their spaceWe can’t give a refund for installed product; again the certified contractor needs to “complete” the installation and he has advised us that the fan is in fact working and installed properly. In regards to the utility sink: when the client picked up the sink, it would not fit into her vehicle “boxed” , so she asked for the box to be removedOur return policy clearly states we are not able to return product unless it is in the original packing. As far as the toilet goes, the client selected a toilet which was gallons of water, and then decided she wanted a toilet that was gallons of waterTwo weeks ago *** advised the contractor that we would provide a tank and as of today’s date the new tank has not been picked up from our location.We are providing a new gallon tank, free of charge, as a matter of good customer servicetoilets are now becoming standard for the industry, and in the very near future gallons will be obsolete; so there was no error in this transactionThe client is welcome to pick up the new gallon tank.
