I opted out of surgery & have been trying to get my money refundedI've gotten nothing but the run around from them In June I decided to get Lasik surgeryThey initially sent me to the wrong office on the 1st visitOn the 2nd visit I saw doctor/techs that work thereNone could remember my name, which eye I was having surgery on or if I'd been dilated.I quickly realized this place was very unorganized & herded people through like cattleI also noticed that the prices I was quoted in the beginning were wrong & so was the payment planIt seems that no one in the office communicates with the nextWhile in the waiting room I saw on of their techs (in scrubs) cleaning the coffee areaAt this point I knew this was a big mistake because these people lacked professionalism, organization, and this frightened meI met with Claudia in her office & opted out of surgeryClaudia assured me my refund would arrive within wksI waited weeks & left several messagesShe never called ba

I purchased lifetime lasik insurance on day of procedure, on follow up - I requested a refund and was denied I asked Valerie, the office manager of the [redacted] location for a refundShe told me to contact her boss, Eugene [redacted] based in Las VegasI attempted phone calls to this Eugene and was routed to a call centerThe representative at the call center hadn't heard of EugeneThey recommended I try back later, and when I did so - I spoke to another representative who was unfamiliar with Eugene [redacted] I emailed Valerie at the [redacted] location requesting attention to my refundI received no answer $is lot of moneyAfter learned the insurance would cover 2nd procedures, and commonly those 2nd procedures are PRK and Lasik - I knew I was not longer interestedI should not have to pay for a service I will not use and inside of such a short windowI don't understand why they are unable to process my requestI reviewed the website and m

My wife's vision has been terrible since day of her surgery and Lasik Vision institute will not cover corrective surgery My wife signed up for and received Lasik surgery on 10/07/from the Lasik Vision Institute in [redacted] On our pre-surgery visits we were told that she was a great candidate for the surgery and that she would see perfect and back to work the next day This place is highly sales driven vstruly looking out for the patient from a medical perspective Since the first day of the surgery my wife has been having trouble with her vision and cannot see correctly She has had headaches and vision problems requiring a constant change in contact lenses just for her to be able to see well enough to be able to go to work She has missed several days of work in the first couple of weeks following the surgery due to the lack of vision Since the surgery we have been going back for regular appointment most recently on 1/20/ The doctor examining my wife told us
