packridge is my mailing address and where I currently live The address of the project in the complaint is [redacted] *** Attached pictures of siding paint Attached pictures of rough interior trim, caulking, paint We have addressed all of these issues with builder in person multiple times, by text, by email, by phone, and by certified letter I did not contact the paint manufacturer I don't think the problem is paint related, it is due to lack of surface prep The paint was not designed to be sprayed over red mud or wet material The same "no surface prep" issue on the interior Paint was applied directly on dusty/non prepped surfaces Several interior spots have peeled where paint was applied directly over sheetrock mud with no primer
