Review: My A/C quit working so I called this company to come fix it. They came out with no problem and replaced the capacitor which was $138.65 and said this will fix it, ran good for one night and quit working again. Luckily it wasn't that hot out and we could have windows open. Called the company again to file the same issue with them and they sent the tech out again and said I had a bad condenser fan motor, he had one but it was $400 for the fan when I can find same motor online or at a store near me for under $200. I went and bought the $200 one and installed it and ran for awhile then quit for the third time with the same issue. Called the company again and they sent another tech out again, he said everything looked good but took out a sensor and said that is the problem why fan won't stay running. We stood there for 5 mins and fan still ran, he then left right after that and the fan did the same thing as the last 3 times. Called the company again and said my fan was not good enough for the unit (because they want me to purchase there $400 dollar one that is the exact same one but has the "brand name' on the fan.) So every time they have came out they have charged me with a service fee of $94.95. So the first time they came out they charged me $233.60, then another $94.95 and then another $94.95 for a total of $423.50 and I still have the same issue as the very first time and still don't have air, that price doesn't include me going out and buying a new condenser fan which was $180. So the grand total of $603 I still don't air and my house is currently at 85 degrees. I want to get reimbursement for the at least the service charges and fan cost, and I want my A/C fixed without me paying anymore to this company.Desired Settlement: I would like you to help me get a refund of $464.85 back from this company plus get them to fix my A/C unit without me having to pay anymore to them.
