Ferguson Heating

Review: [redacted]'s plumber had ordered material at Ferguson Enterprises for counter pick up. ** contacted Fergusons and prepaid for the material in the amount of $1,525.83. Upon picking up the material, we were overcharged and the actual price for the material was only $1,356.29. We were told at the time of purchase that Fergusons would issue a credit to our account. On 12/10/13, a credit still did not show up on our account, so we contacted [redacted] at Fergusons. After going over all the information with him, he assured me that he was processing that day a credit in the amount of $169.54 to our account. He said it could take up to 30 days, so to keep looking for it. After 30 days, on 1/10/14, I contacted Fergusons again, and spoke with [redacted] because [redacted] was not in. [redacted] said he would talk to [redacted] on Monday and call me. I did not hear from [redacted] on Monday, so on Tuesday, 1/14/14, I called [redacted] again. He said [redacted] was out to lunch and would call me when he returned. Did not get a phone call, so I called [redacted] again on 1/14/14. [redacted] was there and had me go over everything with him again because he had no recollection or records of our previous phone conversation regarding the credit. Once he located the invoice and the payment, he told me they gave the credit to the plumber who had originally ordered the items. He never issued a credit to our credit card account as he had assured me on 12/10/13. I told him it was his problem to get the money back from the plumber and that I wanted him to issue an immediate credit to our account. His response was "no can do". And pretty much told me that we would not be getting any credit from Fergusons. [redacted] lied to us when he said he was putting through the credit that day and basically was adamant that he was not going to take care of this issue and that we were out the $169.54.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund plus interest at the rate of 15%.
