In response to complaint # [redacted] , have looked over the account and there is still a credit balance of $13,that has not been put back on her CardFerguson will take care of thatThe rest of her monies for the sink have been refunded.When [redacted] came in to purchase her items, she did not mention until further into the consultation that the house we needed to get the material to was out of our delivery range (hours away), We were able to UPS the faucet and soap dispenser there but the sink is heavy and would have had additional freight charges, Indla offered to have the local branch order the sink for her and started the process but [redacted] went ahead and ordered the sink onlineIt was not that we would not ship the sink; it was not the best Cost option for the customer.Regarding India being unresponsive, I can only say that India was working on this diligently and trying to get it all processedShe followed up with the different departments as the Credits were going through our system.We did ship two Soap dispensers in error but went ahead and credited them one without having the material backI asked India to do this in good faith and wasn't really concerned whether they made the return or not, That credit was processed on May 25", one day after she wrote her letter to you.Regarding her not getting phone calls back from myself or Steve C [redacted] , when received her call, she used her maiden name I called her back and left a voicemail to get more information on the orderI couldn't find it because everything was bought under [redacted] and not [redacted] [redacted] never did return my phone call but called and spoke to Steve C [redacted] and mentioned that she gave the wrong name when she called me.Nothing we did was done in mal intent, The situation was confusing for a newer associate and our processes,being a wholesale company, are different and take longer than a traditional retail storePlease let me know if you have any questions.Sincerely,Kathy B***Showroom Manager

Owner was rude and accusatory. Pricing was inconsistant with advertised initial quote price. Spoke to me and my husband as if we were trying to do something underhanded and raised her price as soon as she found out it was part of an insurance claim. Attempted to handle our account differently than others due to claim. Raised price. Very disrespectful and discourteous.

Review: We ordered all the bathroom fixtures through the Lawrenceville Ferguson store for our three bathrooms remodeling this year. The service has been very disappointing. They shipped the wrong toilet for the 1st bathroom causing unnecessary delays. The ceramic vanity top for the 2nd bathroom came in crooked up on one corner. When I initially reached out to Ferguson and told them about the defect vanity top, the 1st response I got from the rep was no vanity top is perfect. For the 3rd bathroom, one vanity was damaged during shipping so we had to wait a couple more weeks for a replacement. Also sales rep recommended a teak wood insert for the shower base for our 3rd bathroom. It looks good, but it's not functional at all. We decided to return it, but then we were told it's an item that Ferguson doesn't have in stock and it's not returnable. It's not a custom made item. Plus we were never informed at the time of the order that it's not non-returnable item. The sales order clearly didn't say it's not returnable. After many emails and a month waiting, we still haven't heard any resolution on the teak floor insert from the store. Just seems to me they don't really care.Desired Settlement: Return the teak wood insert and refund.
