When I initially called for a quote I was surprised by how quickly they responded and by how fast they could install the windowsThey easily accommodated any requests we had and when they were done, everything was cleaned up and left better than beforeNow our old house has no problems keeping cool on the hot days and as an added bonus, its much more sound proof as well as we no longer hear the big trucks going by
A month ago I had a couple of leaking windows and called Ferguson's Windows and DoorsI had the pleasure to meet *** was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendlyBeing a first time home owner, I had tons of questions for ***He answered all them very patiently even when some of the questions were lacking some sense ;-)

I inquired to Motiva in mid may to bring my Camaro there to get some suspension and brake work doneA few days after my initial inquiry I received a call back from Ian quoting me $and 10-days to complete the jobI said that was acceptable and I had my vehicle delivered to them a few days later
It is now July 13th and I am being told my vehicle needs to be there another weeks and my bill is now ~$
Here are my concerns:
I have to constantly call because I get no updates
Over the past month and a half I have been told on several occasions it would be "a about a week" longer
I told them to please just give me a realistic time frame because I am scheduling other work to be done and I have had to reschedule this other work times now
I was told by Leroy (their general manager) that because I didn't pay half of my labor bill last month that is part of the reason why my vehicle is taking longer
AI was never told I had to pay
