Fern Creek Auto Wash

I visited this car wash Wednesday, March 7, at about 4:20pm. I had my 2 children in tow. We went through the "Dirt Eater" touchless wash for $7. After the initial rinse it started to malfunction, trapping us inside for about 15 minutes. We called the number posted to get help and got an answering machine. I left my information. The wash finally stopped malfunctioning(never actually cleaned my car)and the door opened and we hurried out. I called again to tell them I was out. I never heard from them so I called again Friday March 9 at 9am and left a third message. I still have not heard. I paid for a car wash I did not get, and my kids were traumatized by being trapped. I would have at least appreciated an apology and another wash.

I paid for a $Works Wash on Thursday, January 18, around 3:55pmI proceeded to pull in to the car washThe screen told me to pull in, and as soon as I did, the screen said, "WASH COMPLETE." The wash never even startedThere was something wrong with the machineI called the number listed on the car wash immediately afterwards and left a message at 3:59pm the same dayI never heard back from themI called them again on Monday, January 22, at 2:58pmYet again, I never heard back from them
