Mr. [redacted] has a copy of the San Joaquin county sheriff  report in case you need it. We  did speak to Mr. [redacted] back in early January regarding the issues he had with his vehicle and told him that we would take care of any issues with the vehicle but he needed to get the car running and...

driving  so it would make it easier for us to move the vehicle in the shop since its just 2 people that work here and we were trying to avoid any injuries that may occur from pushing the vehicle around.  He then said he wanted the shops insurance information to file a claim we provided everything he needed to file a claim we spoke to our insurance and provided a copy of the report and they dimissed the claim because Mr. [redacted] did not have proof that the car was in our facilty and the fire was contained to the inside of the office and there were no damges or smoke  damaged to anyting outside the office .We deliver the vehicle to Mr. [redacted] in May he wanted to wait and pick up the car a few weeks for him to set up and schedule the time at the upholstery shop  but we told him that we don’t want the vehicle to get damaged because they were starting to build a new bathroom for the shop. We did have a fire at our facility on 10-05-15 we belive we did not have Mr. [redacted] vehicle in hour facilty at the time . when he picked it up we had it detailed inside and out we told Mr. [redacted] that what ever issues he had we would be glad to get them taken care of.  We recived a call form Mr. [redacted] saying he had his car taken to the upholstery shop to get his interior done and they discovered there was rust under the driver side  seat pan if we could replace it we said we would be glad to help him take care of that and we agreed on a price of 500 then he also stated he had some issues with the car and we told him we would take care of them. When he dropped the vehicle off at the shop he advice us that he felt he should be responsible for paying $200 to have the vehicle towed from our facility to his upholstery shop and then from the upholstery shop back to our facilty because he felt the car wasn’t completed  so we told him we would only charge him $300 then when he dropped the vehicle off  there was no carpet, no back seats ,no  front seats, no dash or gauges for the dash no door panels or any of the interior trim there were lots of wires loose and unplugged. He had pointed out that the trunk wasn’t lined up correctly and the door moldings weren’t put on the vehicle we checked the alligment on the trunk and discovered that the shock supports for the trunk were wore out and there was a pice missing on the striker for the trunk to latch properly and told him it needed to be replaced as for the moldings they were about 1.5 inches short he said  that he would go and buy the necessary items to complete the vehicle he would stop by  the shop about 3 month later with the shocks and and a set of used moldings we adviced him that it be better to get new mouldings because the used ones were worped and might not sit on the vehicle properly he said he coulnt find them new and he coulnt find the striker for the trunk either we replaced the shocks and the trunk sat even when it was opened we also tried to adjust the best we could the latch and striker on the vehicle with out the part that is needed. We will be glad to take care any issues he has with the vehicle all we ask for him is to make sure the vehicle runs and drives so none of the employees at the shop get injured since its just two of us working here we always stand behind our work and Mr.[redacted] has a 5 year limited warranty on the paint job that was performed to his vehicle it only cover if the paint starts to peel off it does not cover natural causes like rock chips door dings or chips that occur when you hit the edge of the door and it does no cover neglect or not waxing vehicle to protect it from the suns uv rays mr [redacted] said he will take care of all the issues with the vehicle and when the vehicle is completed we will have it detailed inside and out our goal is to make all our customers are 100% satisfied we can give Mr [redacted] a recipt for the $4,000 for the paint job and a recipt for the $300 for replacing the floor pan we do not have exact dates to when everything was completed because we lost all our paper work for most of 2015 but we will be glad to fix all the issues he has with the vehicle we just need the vehicle to run and drive to make it easier to move around the shop
