My wife and I were a first time customer with Fernando Suarez; we needed out taxes, both local and state, completed, made an appointment and visited them in the first week of FebruaryMsBianca S [redacted] handled out taxes, but forgot to fill out and mail out local wage taxesIt wasn't until June that we received notice that we never filed out local taxes and were being penalized exorbitantly for late feelsI immediately contacted MsS [redacted] who apologized, but still took an additional days to take corrective actionEven so, she filed the form incorrectly, with the wrong numbers which indicated I owed over 300$If I had not consulted with another professional I would have paid that money wronglyShe did not respond to my requests to be reimbursed for the late fees, which I had to pay myselfI would not recommend this business for tax preparationsdespite being reasonable in price, you are better advised to have someone with an actual accounting education and training, preferably a CPA, even though it may cost a little bit moreThis was an absolute nightmare for me trying to get everything straightened out and I really do not appreciate having to pay the late fees for their own incompetenceI suppose this is why they are not accredited with the Revdex.com

I immediately contacted Ms. S[redacted] who apologized, but still took an additional 9 days to take corrective action. Even so, she filed the form incorrectly, with the wrong numbers which indicated I owed over 300$. If I had not consulted with another professional I would have paid that money wrongly. She did not respond to my requests to be reimbursed for the late fees, which I had to pay myself.
I would not recommend this business for tax preparations. despite being reasonable in price, you are better advised to have someone with an actual accounting education and training, preferably a CPA, even though it may cost a little bit more.
