I called the doctors office on September to request copies of the doctor appointments for my daughterI was told they would take up to days, but previously in June when I requested the same thing, it was ready in daysI share legal custody with my two daughters w/mom
I was driving by the doctor office on the September 27th, so I stopped in asking for the documentsI was told that the doctor had not signed them and was not readyI asked if the doctor was in, and was told yes, but she was very busy with patientsI asked if there was a way to go and give the documents for the doctor to sign so I could get and not have to come backThis was not able to be done
