card information to procees the depositWe went to *** ***'s property and staked out his property as requested and also spoke to his neighbor who was onsite as there was a dispute with the neighbor in regards to the property lineThe neighbor was satisfiedApproximately minutes after we were on the site we received this complaint via the Revdex.com, we contacted *** *** who was not home at the time and was unaware we were at his property completing the work requestedHe instructed us that he would immediately call the Revdex.com to get the complaint removedWe have reached out to *** *** on multiple occasions who has advised us that he would contact Revdex.com to remove the complaint as it was in error and was not aware his service requested was completed because he was not home on the propertyAttached you will find *** ***s invoice that states our company terms as well as the survey completed for this property which he also got physical wooden stakes placed on his property to determine where his property line exist at his homeWe have completed all obligations to *** *** as requested and provided him with the service requestedPlease remove this complaint as we provided all work requested according to *** ***'s request and have not defaulted in our agreement with *** ***

Review: Onmarch **,2014 Ferrantello debited my visa card 400.00 dollars to survey my property for a fence.Tcalled weeks later Icalled for an update ,women complained to me and said she would get back to me.She never got back to me and they never pick up the phone.Desired Settlement: refund my 400.00 or survey the property by the end of the week

We quoted him the cost and an approximate time frame and informed him we do require a 50% non refundable deposit to proceed with any work. [redacted] authorized the work requested and provided us his credit card information to procees the deposit. We went to [redacted]'s property and staked out his property as requested and also spoke to his neighbor who was onsite as there was a dispute with the neighbor in regards to the property line. The neighbor was satisfied. Approximately 10 minutes after we were on the site we received this complaint via the Revdex.com, we contacted [redacted] who was not home at the time and was unaware we were at his property completing the work requested. He instructed us that he would immediately call the Revdex.com to get the complaint removed. We have reached out to [redacted] on multiple occasions who has advised us that he would contact Revdex.com to remove the complaint as it was in error and was not aware his service requested was completed because he was not home on the property. Attached you will find [redacted]s invoice that states our company terms as well as the survey completed for this property which he also got physical wooden stakes placed on his property to determine where his property line exist at his home. We have completed all obligations to [redacted] as requested and provided him with the service requested.
