There were parts of the job required by *** Ferrara for the original $quote50% was breaking up the concrete and 50% was hauling it away to the dump (dump fees included)He did not do any part of hauling it awaySo for work completed I'm only considering the breaking up of the concreteBased on the photo I provided you he broke up about 25% of the concrete pad (maybe less, I think 25% is generous)So one quarter of 50% of the work would be about 10-15% completed total
The agreement to pay *** Ferrara $was not negotiated by meThat was the amount he asked *** for in order to leave the premises
Finally, I'm less concerned about the money and more concerned about the abusive manner I was treated by *** Ferrara.

Ferrara Services was contact via phone by [redacted] for concrete patio demolition work, I...

asked her several times by phone, when she will be in Town in order to meet in person and sign the contract, we start the job because she was in a hurry for this to be done, she said she will be in town the next couple days and she will call me; that never happen. 
One of the policies from Ferrara Services is not to do a job without sign contract. Even though I did about 35% of the job, we don't asked for any payment.
