I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I am very pleased with the outcome of the resolution that was offered by Ferrario, the issue was promptly remedied and they also cleaned the car up following the repair. I greatly appreciate their attention to this matter.

Dealer made it appear, but the solution is the same.  We are taking care of Mrs. [redacted]'s concerns, and afterward hope that she can feel good about visiting us again in the future.

problem, but there is no fixed cost to repair a water leak which has already developed to a mold or fungus smell condition.  Ms [redacted] is unfortunately not financially able to authorize us to begin that process. Ms [redacted] has requested we consider trading her to a different vehicle.  That is of course possible, but again is limited by her financial constraints.  She has asked us to find a vehicle that could be purchased without paying any money beyond the value of her trade-in.  Given the tradein value of her current car, adjusted for the estimated cost of correcting the issue, that is likely to be older than her current car with higher mileage.  We are looking for an opportunity to arise, but frankly this will be quite a challenge.
