Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention Ron S., at Ferrario Ford, has spoken to Mrs*** We believe a resolution satisfactory to both parties is underway, although not yet complete, as a part has been ordered The cause of the problem is not negligent as the other Dealer made it appear, but the solution is the same We are taking care of Mrs***'s concerns, and afterward hope that she can feel good about visiting us again in the future

Thank you for bringing Ms [redacted] 's concerns to our attention We have met with Ms [redacted] and her daughter multiple times in the last days The vehicle was purchased several years ago and is now beyond the manufacturer warranty We have every expectation we could repair the problem, but there is no fixed cost to repair a water leak which has already developed to a mold or fungus smell condition Ms [redacted] is unfortunately not financially able to authorize us to begin that processMs [redacted] has requested we consider trading her to a different vehicle That is of course possible, but again is limited by her financial constraints She has asked us to find a vehicle that could be purchased without paying any money beyond the value of her trade-in Given the tradein value of her current car, adjusted for the estimated cost of correcting the issue, that is likely to be older than her current car with higher mileage We are looking for an opportunity to arise, but frankly this will be quite a challengeMs [redacted] and her daughter are nice people we would like to help The concerns she listed are driven by her financial limitations, not because we are unwilling to assist We are hopeful that a trade-out solution may arise, but it is not something we can easily createthank you, Wayne R., sales manager Ferrario Ford-Lincoln
