The groom called me when he saw the hood up on the limo after we dropped off the guys. The driver called me as soon as this happened also. I told the groom I was bringing another limo to switch with the driver. I was on the driveway to the hotel at 4:30 waiting for the driver to meet me there and...

switch cars. I was in shorts and sneakers. the maid of honor called and said they no longer needed our service. They got in the hotel van and drove right past me. I refunded half the money and we have their "SPECIAL " bottle of champagne, which they can have. Our contract states we are not responsible for mechanical breakdown.

The bridesmaid called when the limo was not showing up and was told that the driver was stressed and was not dressed.  He was then told, we did not care what he looked like and they needed to get to the facility.  The bridesmaid was told the driver was waiting on the other limo driver and would not pick up the bridal party.  After more time passed the bridesmaid called back to check the status, but was put directly to voicemail, as was I.  A partial refund is unacceptable, as stated prior we will only accept a full refund, plus $70.

Review: My husband and I rented a Limo from our house in [redacted] to [redacted] Airport and back. On the ride home the limo overheated in [redacted] and we were stuck in the [redacted] station for a little over an hour. We had to wait until it cooled and added antifreeze. My husband was out helping the driver. This limo trip cost us over $500.00 dollars to be totally fustrated. I he the owner should have at leasted called and apologized. We also were not allowed to turn on the air conditioning in the limo.Desired Settlement: Discounting the fare

Review: Hired Ferrazzi for my wedding, they were to pick the groomsmen up and drop off at venue, then pick up the bridesmaids/bride and drop off at venue. Pick up was on time, but after groomsmen were dropped off the limo over heated. We were not contacted of any issues and only became aware when the bride's pickup time passed. When I called Ferrazzi inquiring what the issue was, I was told that a new limo was on it's way and the pick up was going to be soon. After 30 minutes passed and the ceremony start time was rapidly approaching, Ferrazzi still did not show. When I called back (several times), I was sent directly to voicemail as Ferrazzi refused to speak with me as to why there was still no pick up. One of the bridesmaids called and was told that the new limo would not pick them up as the driver was "stressed" and not dressed appropriately. Ferrazzi failed to comply with our agreement and still charged us for the limo service.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the amount we were charged, not half or partial, but a full refund as my bride was nearly left stranded for our wedding. In addition, I would like an extra $70 because I left an expensive bottle of champagne in the limo for the bride and bridesmaids as a surprise which was not given back to us either.
