I wanted to leave a review on [redacted] even though he was not able to help with my project [redacted] was very polite and explained he was very busy and wouldn't be able to take on another job I appreciated his honesty

We are so grateful to have found ***He's very responsive, prompt, and thoroughHe took notes and measured the first time he came out to evaluate a project
We had other people come and just eyeball the work and gave a ballpark estimate*** takes his time and gives you several options
He keeps budget in mind and worked with out scheduleMany contractors will have you work around their hours*** accommodated our late hours
Another important thing to consider is he looks at the big pictureHow a job will affect the immediate structure of an area and not just how it looks cosmeticallyThat's keySomething might look good, but if it isn't sound, what good is it?

*** showed up timely on the dates promised, was knowledgeable, completed the work on time and on budget, did a great job replacing the rotted subfloor in the bathroom, easy to reach and communicate withI would recommend him to others and I would hire him again

Another important thing to consider is he looks at the big picture. How a job will affect the immediate structure of an area and not just how it looks cosmetically. That's key. Something might look good, but if it isn't sound, what good is it?
[redacted] is not a bragger. He won't regale you with his work, but he just works. That's it. He takes his time; he's focused on the job and he will call you back.
