I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintIn my response to the business letter to the Revdex.com, I would like to say that the mechanics at Ferrel’s garage are crooks and con-men who do bait and switch gamesThey should not be in businessFerrel’s garage have built a reputation on lies and dishonestyFerrel’s garage purposefully failed me on my NYS inspection so they could over charge me thousands of dollars in repairsI have taken my car for a second opinion to another garage mechanic on the repair charges that was quoted to me by Clinton Fat Ferrel’s garage and those repair charges were far less than what Ferrel’s garage quoted meFerrel’s garage is running a con scheme with NYS inspection as a way to extort money from unsuspecting customers Ferrel’s garage mechanics are liars and thievesClinton Fof Ferrel’s garage failed me on the safety test but passed me on the emission test, the only reason the emission test was passed was because Clinton Fcould not get away with faking the emission report and failing me on the emission test and then over charge me for repairs that are not needed, but he could falsify and make up fake repairs and fail me on the safety checks and get away with itOn the day of my NYS inspection, Ferrel’s garage quoted me a laundry list of repairs that was needed to my carClinton Ftold me those repairs would be well over 5,thousand dollarsThose repairs included “parking/emergency brake repair, rear coil spring repair, license plate light bulb replacement, right front wheel bearing repair, and left front lower ball join repair.” I don’t understand how MrPaul Ferrel the owner of Ferrel’s garage could respond to my letter to the Revdex.com and quote me saying things in his letter as if he personally spoke with me the day I was there, when I never personally spoke to MrPaul Ferrel or saw him the day Ferrel’s garage service my carAnother lie told by Paul Ferrel the owner of Ferrel’s garage in his response letter to the Revdex.com is that a attached sub estimate was given to me which showed the right rear strut was broken and needed repairs and the rear quick strut assemblies repairs showing a repair charge of Total: 1,My signature is not on the sub estimate because this sub estimate was never given to me or shown to meThis is the first time I am seeing this sub-estimate that was submitted to Revdex.com by Paul Ferrel the owner at Ferrel’s garageI would like the transcript of my complain published on the BB website so other customers can beware of the dishonesty, lies and thievery told by Ferrel’s garagePaul Ferrel and Clinton Forder their mechanics to fraudulently jack up and hike up repair charges and over embellished repair charges to make a profitThis complain needs to be posted and published to the Revdex.com website so the public and unsuspecting customers know about Ferrel’s garage and what they are doing and made aware Thank you very much
Enclosed please find copies of customer signed repair order requesting NYS Inspection, enclosed copy of invoice for charge of $for inspection fee paid by customer, copy of NYS vehicle inspection report showing the failed safety items for customers vehicleConsiderable time was spent explaining to the customer the repairs her vehicle requiredHer response was, "I just want a sticker!" If the customer feels we scammed her and also acted FRAUDULENTLY in the inspection and rejection of her vehicleWe would recommend that she reads the state notice she was given by usThe Department of Motor Vehicles would gladly make arrangements to see what repairs are required for her vehicleThey also would like to find out who improperly inspected, and repaired?, and affixed a sticker to this vehicleThe state fee for NYS safety emissions inspection is $PASS OR FAILThis information is posted on our wall by NYS REQUIREMENT!
