Review: I purchased a service contract for our heating and cooling system for our house in Cape May, NJ. Our system broke down and was not repairable according to the company. I replaced the equipment with another firm, and the new equipment is under warranty, so I terminated our service contract with Ferrell. Ferrell is unwilling to refund the balance to me pro rata.
They also did not return my calls as they stated.Desired Settlement: I want the balance of our contract. I cancelled on 9-15-2014. The contract runs until 12-20-2014 so that is 97 days.
