I just got through speaking with the
Gap company that held *** ***s contract. His refund should be to him within 7-business days. That will come directly from the Gap company, not the dealership. The employee that was requested to handle *** *** cancellation is no longer at the dealership so I cannot say where the breakdown was, but it's been resolved now!

The repair on the sunroof for Ms*** has been completedThe sunroof drain was clogged and was cleaned by our service department at HyundaiIn reference to the cracked seat cover it has been explained to the customer that this a part that is on back order with the manufacturer (Dodge)We call the Dodge store every other day to see if the part has arrivedFurthermore when I learned of the issues the customer was having we put her in a rental for two days (at no cost to the customer) until the sunroof was repairedAlso a refund has been mailed to the customer for the tag fees, if she has not received it we would be happy to send a new one and stop payment on the originalIf you have any other qustions please give me a call

I live in an apartment Northwest exterminators were co crafted to treat my apt after a neighbor had a bad infestation of bedbugs and upon inspection, they found TWO bedbugs in my apt
They were scheduled to treat my apt on March 1st...today, but they came TWO WEEKS EARLY and insisted that if I didn't let them in I would be charged a $rescheduling fee So I had minutes o grab what I would need for the day...and also all I would need for my dog and to get out They showed up at am We can get into why I am a lazy scoundrel and wasn't UP yet by am, but that's for another time
They stepped on a decorative pillow that I made and can't be washed or dried and left marks all over it They put FLY POISON in my refrigerator with my food I understand hat aerosol cans may have problems with the heat treatment, but common sense would say to put the poison OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT rather than INSIDE WITH THE FOOD
I recovered from that and got into my apt the next day I spent the better part of two days putting my apartment back together...as I realize must happen the way it did
I was told...and left a note on my fridge...that an inspection would be performed days after the treatment to make sure it had taken It was scheduled to happen four days from todayHOWEVER, JOEL, who was here treating bother apartment just DECIDED TODAY WAS THE DAYWhen I told him it as scheduled for FRIDAY, he said "I'm here now And I had no say in it I had to stand outside my apartment while he torw it up again I had folded bed items stored beside my bed and he just flung them...unfolding them in the process
I realize he had to inspect my mattress, but my mattress is heavy...and he just let it drop back down..and not even in the same PLANE as the box springsSo I had to re-place my mattress in the correct plane
He tells me it will be reinspected in days Which means *** be back in because his is the SECOND TIME they have come earlier than they wcheduled with the apparent management and given me no choice
They show up without the apt maintenance man...just wandering around the property to do what they want to do when they want to do it
If I weren't here, would he just have come in anyway? He walked into my apt before I told him OK, I guess I don't have a choice now do ? HE JUST WALKED IN!
I realize my things might not be as nice as HIS this gs must be by the way e treats them but they're MY things
I am not impressed with this system and almost feel like having bedbugs wouldn't be so bad

Customers deposit has been refunded

I have weed control service and my yard is full of weeds. When I called Northwest to remedy the situation I was told there would be additional charges as 30 days had elapsed.So I cancelled future services as they do not standby by there work.

Good afternoon,
I am responding in response to case number [redacted] and a customer of [redacted]...

[redacted].The desired settlement was a check for the difference in what he owed on his truck that he sold us in the amount of $4,030. The problem occurred with a lack of communication between a member of my staff and our accounting office. When it was brought to my attention we quickly resolved the problem on Tuesday May 11th, and had the check prepared for Mr. [redacted]. However this was late in the day Tuesday so I believe he was not able to get his check untilWednesday. On behalf of Pearson Mazda I would like to apologize for that delay. If there is anything else that needs our attention, I am available via email, phone or in person.

First time buying from Pearson. Bought a small used car. I was very surprised how well we were treated. I felt as if they treated us, a used car buyer, as if we were buying a new car.
The salesman Justin A[redacted] was great to work with. He considered all our questions and concerns. He made sure all the conditions of sale we discussed were completed.
Next time we are in the market for a car we will check first with Justin and the Pearson group.
