Hello ***,My name is [redacted] I received the complaint via email from Ms***I hate that Ms [redacted] feels as though she has been scammedWe do not understand where this is coming fromEverything was explained to Ms***, multiple timesWe do realize however, we should have had something in writing, which would have been provided by [redacted] We are not associated with [redacted] They are a totally separate company from usThey are from the same area and it's a small town, so we have done work for them beforeIn a situation like this, there are not many optionsAll we were trying to do is help Ms [redacted] out, the best way we couldWe typically do not continue to move someone, after we have found any signs of bed bugsIn our business we can not take the risk of getting bed bugsWe agreed to pay half of the fumigation fee, we wanted to resolve this issue and make our customer happy and our check was sent promptly, when we said it would beAs far as we were concerned, this matter was resolvedWe were told by [redacted] at [redacted] ***, that her part of the reimbursement was in the mailWe tried to reach out to [redacted] at [redacted] tonight and were unable to contact herWe also tried to contact Ms ***, to let her know we will pay [redacted] s half of the reimbursement, if it will resolve this issue? There was no answer nor a answering machine to leave Ms [redacted] a messageIf you could please, get this information to Ms***, so we can try to resolve this issue? [redacted] Dear [redacted],   My response to [redacted] response.   I take
it she feels like I am getting senile by reading her statement "- they have
explained numerous times to me".   I have not had contact with anyone in
their company since my move date October 5, and the 7th when they
delivered my contents.  My real estate agent has made contact with [redacted]
and [redacted] numerous times after I received the first check dated ll/2/15
with a hand written  note from [redacted] that the second half would be sent
the following week from [redacted] from the [redacted]
company.That was SIX week ago and each week [redacted] my
real estate agent phoned [redacted] and each week was told a different story -
it would be either" the check is in the mail or there was a
misunderstanding it will be mailed by end of week or then by end of
month".  This is where our complaint lays.     [redacted] stated
they agreed to pay half of the fumigating  fee -that agreement was not
with me - but with [redacted] states she was told by [redacted] of the [redacted] that she has mailed the check, this
sounds very familiar.      [redacted], the last conversation made
with [redacted] from [redacted] on December 1, 2015 she told him if we did not
receive the check by end of week we would take legal action.  Which we
have by filing with the Revdex.com and we have filed with the small claims
court in Hamilton County.         [redacted] I don't take enjoyment
from this procedure, but I feel I was forced into it since there were
so many attempts to solve this situation from the date 11-2-15 [redacted] sent
his check and note promising final payment.   Thank you, [redacted]
