In December 2019, I purchased a *** 2018. I gave a car in the amount of $15000, plus a check in the amount of $14,500 + 3k in cash. The car come for the auction and I was able to get it insured. After 30 days of rriding with a car, I got a call for the insurance saying that the car was going to be removed from the insurance since they were not able to confirm the registration. I went back to dealer after hearing from the insurance and he said the had a issue with the title. He got the back back at least 3 times for inspection and it's been two months and I haven't been able to drive the car since it isnt registered. Now, I want my money back, with was around $32k in all.

After filing this complain, *** gaves us a check in the amount of $32.500,00 without funds. According to him, in 60 days from now, the money will be available for deposit. I dont want to close the complain since the issue hasnt been resolved, as of now. I dont have a car registered to my name, neither my money back. Onces I have my money back, or the car tittle to me, I will glady closed the complain myself.
