Could not use product for 90 consecutive days ***. product can not be worn ***. They refused my refund because I used the product for 60 days and not 90 as per their "policy" I also did not use it while *** status in order to be considered for a refund. This is discriminating because they are making refund decisions based on *** to grant someone a refund or not. Demanding this information over email is also concerning.
