Review: I engaged the CPA firm Fresnak in [redacted], PA to do my taxes after moving to PA from California. My first year the charges were high because we were dealing with two states. They told me the next year would be much cheaper. They did my taxes and notified me they were very busy so they filed for an extension. They invoiced me and I paid my bill in full. About two months later they sent me another invoice. I called to ask what this was for? No one returned my call. A month goes by and they send me a statement which was more than the invoice. I decided that rather than drag this out and go to court I would pay half and settle with them. I sent a note to this affect. They never responded, cashed the check and now sent me a statement for more than the balance. They just keep generating paper. The accountant, Andy M[redacted] never had the courtesy to contact me regarding this matter.Desired Settlement: A credit for $350.00
