Thank you for the update from Citipups.Could you please consider the following additional information.The language in the letter that Citipus provides regarding the first vet visit, paragraph 3 is bolded with “at no charge to you”. I will let this slide as the included services was poorly worded and may have been misinterpreted on my end.However the primary part of the complaint is the infection and Giardia that my dog was suffering from, requiring an emergency vet care within the first 10 days. Citipups have not addressed this part of the complaint for which I am requesting  $481.01 in reimbursement for the visit, necessary tests, and medications. I have attempted to call to reach a resolution but the company continues to inform me that I need to speak to another employee, who promises to call back, but never does. I  have called numerous times and spoken to different people who provide different answers regarding this resolution.  Regarding the infection, upon entering the vet's office and explaining the symptoms, the vet was so concerned for her health that they provided a room for us when we walked in, even without the required appointment. The vet informed me that both the Giardia and the infections have an incubation period of about three weeks, and it appears that the dog had these infections prior to our purchase, subsequently requiring 2 weeks of multiple antibiotics for  treatment. Although our puppy tested negative for Giardia by the vet that Citipups recommended, it can be unreliable in fecal analysis.  However the emergency vet service did detect this and a serious infection that resulting in the need for very strong antibiotics.  It was explained to us by the vet that the seizures that the dog had were a result from the infection spreading over to the brain. This is a condition that results from a serious infection that has spread over two weeks.Additionally, after researching other reviews, I have found that similar complaints have been made by other customers who also incurred vet bills for Giardia treatments.  Within 10 days of purchase the Giardia and infection was discovered and for this re-imbursement is sought.Thank you for your assistance.
