heard before and wanted to reach out to our suppliers/manufacturing partners for more informationWe also requested that she send any images of her pet or information from her veterinarian that we could share with our teamShe then only replied with images of the receipt that showed the amount she paid for our productLater that day, we replied with this information: The product is pH balanced for dogs so it wouldn’t be balanced for humansIf her dog felt pain it could be due to an allergy from the preservatives usedCan you please ask her to mail back her sample to us? I can send a shipping labelWe make it a point to promptly reply to our customers, especially when there is an issue that claims that a pet is being harmedHappy to forward on any email transcriptsPlease reach out with any questions
