Very shady business practice. They make you pay upfront before the device is fixed. Then the make you sign a very fuzzy warranty that basically says if you go home and come back for any other reason your phone wont be covered. I took my phone there twice, because they jacked it up. Then they sent it off somewhere, I waited a week and they said, 'we will call you'. After pressing the issue to try to find out where my phone was, the shop owner wouldn't/couldn't explain the status of my phone and where the phone was. She actually got quite aggressive after I pressed the issue and threatened me that the phone wouldn't be fixed if I didnt stop asking where it was. I should've just bought a new phone. $225 and 2 weeks with a loaner phone I still don't have anything resolved. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES BEWARE!Furthermore, the employees at this shop are slow and lazy and have NO customer services skills. Its like you are bothering them from a nap when you go in and ask them for help. I would go elsewhere.Product_Or_Service: [redacted] warranty repairOrder_Number: [redacted]Business Response Mr [redacted] derogatory statements are quite insulting, as we have been nothing but professional with Mr. [redacted]. His comments are out of frustration related to the complex repair issue with his phone. The problem with the phone was not related to the repair that was completed several weeks prior. There is a short in the phone's motherboard, which is not easily located. We also completed multiple troubleshooting procedures on the phone and did not charge Mr [redacted] for any of this work. I spoke with Mr [redacted] on the phone when he asked for a status update. I told him that we did not have one for him at that time but would call him as soon as an update was available. He was the one who became aggressive and so I asked him would he prefer to come pick up his phone since he was unhappy. He stated that I was threatening him, and I said no it was not a threat. He was free to pick up the device. I told him that we were actively working on the phone and that I would have a status for him by the weekend (within 2 days). He was contacted on saturday with a voicemail, and again on monday. He returned our call on wednesday. We invested many hours of labor in troubleshooting his cell phone at no charge to him, and he has been offered a loaner phone while he waits for a replacement phone to be purchased. I also offered him a $100 store credit towards the cost of purchasing a new phone. I understand that it can be frustrating to be without your cell phone, but in this instance, due to the extent of the issue with the phone, it was not an issue that could be simply resolved in a couple of days.
