upset from her dealings with a previous pet care company and decided to take it out on us. I should have turned her down initially because of her attitude - which we didn't deserve, because we didn't do anything wrong. I was never rude to her and truly tried very hard to accommodate her needs, but she was relentless in being difficult to deal with.'I would like to add that we have been in business for over eight years. We have many extremely satisfied clients and we - as a company - and our pet caretakers receive mainly excellent reviews from our clients, which are trackable. I am rejecting this response because: I do NOT agree with it... The owner can say whatever he wants about me but.. HIS company did NOT follow their own policies, claims per HIS website. Example... they are supposed to send updates, pics of what goes on at the visit, just like cats are supposed to get play time.. I went almost 24hrs before I got a text... NO pics etc.. No mention of any playing EVER...  I had to then contact the owner while I was away asking what was going on...  after that did I get text with pics... never saying my cats got played with just one word answers "They are fine"...   Then when there was a sudden change in sitters, I was NEVER notified.. I should of known that someone new was going into my house.. Also they did NOT follow my cats eating plans. The food was left out...  My one cat who is on a specail food ate the others cat food and I came home to a sick cat, sick for a week!!  I also came home to vomit in my bedroom!!!So, the owner can say whatever about ME but, this is CLEARLY a customer service issue and clearly cant even follow simple instructions.    All I got was excuses and blamed for it.  HE was the rude one..So NO I will NOT accept this letter from him, EVER! I dont care how long he has been in businness...
