Fetch Rewards

I use the Fetch App to receive points if I buy products & scan receipts on the app. My local market, has a promotion where I would receive 5000 points for using their online “to go” feature. I ordered $80.00 in groceries, online and had it delivered within the promotion time. I scan the receipt and I received 35 points. I contact CS chat and they tell me I can only use emailed electronic receipts. It clearly states on the Fetch app “receipts that are scanned and uploaded by Oct. 31st”. I sent a picture of their own offer and still wouldn’t honor it. They then told me it was for online orders only. I sent them a pic of the online delivery. They refuse to acknowledge their own offer and kept giving bogus excuses, contradicting their own offer. I wouldn’t have ordered online if I knew they wouldn’t honor their offers.

About a month ago I redeemed 10,000 pts for a Rd Robin gift card. I never received it. Could I please have it. The points were subtracted from my account but no gift card was ever received.

I used to be able to take pictures of my printed-out receipts and upload them to fetch rewards by adding store name, date, time and amount. Now I can't do that. If the app can't figure out all four of those things through the picture, it won't allow me to upload the receipts. I buy a great deal on eBay and print out my receipts. eBay is not one of the retailers that sends out e-receipts. Fetch will only allow me to attach my Gmail email account, and my purchasing accounts aren't connected to any Gmail email. The new fetch update changed how the receipts are uploaded and won't allow me to add the missing information anymore. Not a happy camper.

I checked my balance after using my reward for the first time. It was correct and a few weeks later I tried to pull it up and it won't show. They said it wouldn't expire on the app.

I used Fetch Rewards app on my Android phone to scan receipts for nearly 16,000 points. A couple hours after scanning some receipts earlier in the day I decided to cash-out 11,500 points for a $10 reward. Upon making the cash-out request within the app the app stated that I needed to update the app to the latest version in order to cash-out. In order to do this I needed to uninstall the current version before installing the new version. This is because the app is designed to install on the limited internal memory of the phone as opposed to the installed memory card. Upon going to the Google Play store I am told that the newest version will not work with my phone. In response the company tells me to buy new phone or borrow a phone and that my points will expire after 3 months on inactivity. After leaving a negative review on Google Play the company leaves a canned response telling me to restart my phone, uninstall and reinstall the app, which of course can't be done.

Fantastic app! Works with all my receipts, the rewards are great, and it's easy and fun to use. Customer support is really helpful too. Highly recommend.

Fetch Rewards is a fun and easy way to earn rewards such as gift cards just by buying the products you already love. The online receipt feature is great so I can get points for my Amazon orders, and it's also a great way to learn about new products. I highly recommend!

Great app. My son showed it to me. Even for me, the app is easy to use and I have accumulated points much more quickly that I expected. I love the new e-receipts and being able to scan my restaurant receipts as well. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews here. I have had no issues with my points and use the app regularly (couple of times a week). Nice to be able to also make my grocery list in the app.

I've been using the app for a little over 2 years now. I don't use it a ton but the points collect over time. I've only ever gotten Amazon cards from it but they've all worked fine.

Love this app! Its fun to earn points on things I buy anyway and then I get to change out my points for gift cards at places I love to shop! So easy.

I got worried after reading the bad reviews so I quickly cashed my points in for a $10 Visa card and it went through. I had to activate it but I got mine.

Scam- spent 3 years accumulated over 50000 points, ALL of which were taken away because I didn’t upload a receipt in 90 days. ***!

I love this app! It's refreshing to be able to get rewarded without spending time cutting out coupons. I had a question about the sweepstakes and the support staff was very helpful and responded the same day :)

I received an email saying I had a redemption code and my account was locked for suspected activity.
I contacted them and they told me my account was hacked. I followed all their instructions and I could never get into MY account. They wiped out my info and gave the false email used to hack my account all access to my points! Well over 60,000!!!!
And now they will not give me my points back! Their response basically...it's my fault they hacked me and section Blah, Blah# blah blah protects our company!
What POOR Customer service. I can say I will defiantly tell others to be very aware before they decide to sign up and trust this so called company to give you gift cards after all the work involved in what you have done
