I attempted to reach this company by phone with no success. No voicemail set up or no one answers the phone number listed on there website. They have multiple bad reviews and my only regret is that I didnt read them prior to ordering from them. The Shapewear I ordered was too small. I discarded the receipt from the post office after I acknowledged they had received the package on June 17 2019. Below is the email correspondence between the company and I. I did attempt to retrieve the tracking information from the post office but was told that my receipt was the only record of the pack being delivered.
