Review: I visited this location on 7/6/15 for service and one tire had to be replaced. I was able to find a lower price for the tire at another business and this location offers a tire "price match guarantee." I was dealing with Roger in the service department and I brought this to his attention. He said that he would run it by the service manager to get it approved, which he then proceeded to do so. He returned to me to tell me that it was approved and I would pay the full price now and a refund would be mailed to me later.

It is now almost three months from the time that I purchased that tire and I have not received the refund. I have contacted the dealership numerous times 9/16, 17, 22, 24 and have spoken to Maria who keeps taking messages and saying someone will call me back (her service manager). When I called this week she told me that Roger (the quick lane manager) was on vacation and I told her that I STILL had not heard anything from ANYONE and I would like her to have her service manager call me back to let me know what is going on. I waited 48 hours and still did not receive a phone call. When I contacted her again today she told me that she left a message for him but he had not called me back. I asked to speak to him directly at that time and she told me that he "was not at his desk." I contacted ford corporate who told me that they could not help me, as each location is indepently owned and operated. I am now resorting to filing a complaint with the Revdex.com to find out what is going on. I understand that "Roger is on vacation this week" but he had to run it through the service manager and the service manager should be calling me back to let me know what is going on. I am so frustrated with ford and I have since sold my ford vehicle and will never do business with ford again in the future.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund that I was promised on 7/6/15.
