Absolutely disappointedWe have worked with this company for several years and have had several big issues about their performanceIn they sent all our contractors forms and failed to realize that all of the wages on the forms were wrong and did not notice there mistake until one month after they had already sent out the formsAfter one year the same problem occurred when they sent Wforms to all of our employees with the same issue, the wages were wrong again! Not once but twice they failed to resolve this problemOn top of that many mistakes were made in our quick book account, looks like whoever they hired to manage the account was a rookie and had no experience or knowledge to what he was doing at allThe person in charge of the company who can resolve any issue is the same person who never replies to his Emails, Texts, or Phone callsWithout him you will not even resolve the smallest issues even if its sending out a simple invoiceVasil his right hand man is somebody that seems to lack focus on his job, He hangs up mid conversation when a situation is trying to be resolved and does not care to help or resolve any issues what so everBut the most recent issue we have is that after cancelling our business account with the company, the owner of the business decided to charge our account a sum of money because he felt he was not getting paid enough for the time being that we were working with him, that is absolutely Ridiculous!
