Not sure what she wants hereHer machine is working and fixed and we have documented her rudeness with Frigidaire.We didn't ask her for any money and our contract with Frigidaire is private so she could not have received any info from themWe don't owe her anything so not sure what more she wants

We in no way threatened any one at Fetters. The woman who spoke to me answered me with foul language and an unprofessional attitudeI understand from speaking to the warranty company and the company that finally repaired the machine that they hear this from people all the time about the Fetters We did do my parents laundry that wasn't the point. The point is they got paid from the warranty company to go out to the job and they didn't do the jobBut the warranty company paid them for the initial contactFrom what I hear this is how they operate. My family is not the villain in this storyMr Fetter should be ashamed of himself and the reputation his company has in the community. Its sad that this had to get so out of control but all they had to do is honor the commitment they made or at least answer the phone before tempers got to flaring. I feel sorry that for him that he is ok ripping people off

* ID *** First of all, *** *** is not the customer in the complaint, nor does she have a contract with Electrolux/FrigidaireHer parents,
the ***, are the ones with the contract and the customers we serviced on 9/**/for their Frigidaire washer which had an error code and would stop mid-cycleA part was needed to complete the repair so customer had to be rescheduled to install part. The part had not arrived on the day of scheduled installation, Wednesday 9/**/2017, because it was on backorderIndependent Service Providers, which is what we are, cannot control the ETA of partsIt depends on the Part Distributor and in this case, the part was not readily available from Frigidaire so we were forced to wait for the partWe do not manufacture parts, Frigidaire does, and they are the only ones who can determine when Part Distributors will have enough stock on hand to send to ISPsThe Clarke's were called and informed that completion could not take place because the part had not arrived. The part arrived on Friday, 9/**/We service the Clarke's area on Wednesdays only and rescheduled them for the next available day we were in their area, Wednesday 9/**/** *** called our office on Monday, 9/**/demanding to know what the story wasWe explained that the part had arrived and her parents were scheduled for the ***That apparently made her unhappy and she proceeded to demand that we arrive that day, 9/**, which was out of the question since we were nowhere near the Walden area on that dayAfter explaining that to her, she then proceeded to threaten to file a complaint against us with Frigidaire and the Revdex.com, which she didWe, however, also documented her behavior with Frigidaire and returned her parents part to our Part Distributor and moved onWe did not receive a penny for our diagnosis, nor did we ask for anyOur contract with Frigidaire allows us to discontinue service with any customer deemed "difficult or threatenting," which ** *** definitely was. Her parents may be elderly, but we have no control over thatIt is unfortunate that customers have to sometimes wait longer than usual for repair completion, but we had no control over that in this situation either** *** could have easily offered to do her parents' laundry instead of causing an unnecessary delay in serviceIf she had kept the appointment we had set for her, the machine would be up and runningInstead, it seems it was more important to her to complain and cause further delays, none of which have anything to do with usWe never received any money from ** *** or her parentsTheir extended warranty with Frigidaire would have paid their entire bill** *** is free to call Frigidaire and set up service with a company that would better suit herWe are under no obligation to complete the repairThere was no "purchase" of anything on 9/**/2017, as the complaint statesThat is the date the Clarke's called Frigidaire for serviceNot at all sure what she wants, but we are under no obligation to fix the washing machine once we deem her behavior is "threatening."
