Work was performed at Mr***'s Rental Property located at [redacted] , Ohio - not at his residence 7/31/- Mr [redacted] contacted our office and asked to have the tub & shower faucet replace at his rental property at [redacted] , Ohio A technician was sent out the same day to do the workAfter arriving it was discovered that there was no rear access to the bathtub in order to replace the faucet that Mr [redacted] asked to be done In order to replace it with no rear access, a larger opening was made around the faucet and a larger oval escutchion plate was used around the faucet to cover the opening Once the opening was made, it was found that the hot and cold water piping in the wall was in bad condition and would not be in good enough shape to connect to the new faucet At this point the technician went to the crawl space to disconnect the piping to the tub faucet and installed shut off valves so the water could be turned back on so the tenant could use other fixtures if needed, since the water would be off for a long period of time to do the work The defective water lines were replaced from behind the tub to the valves in the crawl space The new tub faucet was installed connected to the water lines, turned on the new valves to the faucet to check for leaks and the trim was installed to finish the work 8/7/- Invoice was sent to Mr [redacted] for the work done at his rental property 8/11/- Mr [redacted] contacted our office with concernes about the invoiceLater that day I called Mr [redacted] to discuss the situation but got his voice mail and left a brief message about the work and asked him to call us backI have contacted the phone company to see if they coud trace my call, but they told me since it was a local number they could not do it without a subpoena from the courtIf we need to get a subpoena to prove that a return call was made, we will do that if needed 8/26/- Mr [redacted] contacted our office wanting a breakdown of the jobWe broke it down and mailed it to him that dayA copy of the invoice with the breakdown is attached 9/2/- email received about this complaint
