with [redacted] and she verified that the complainant was active and full time. She proceeded to ask our representative if we planned on issuing a garnishment against the complainant's wages. Our representative never confirmed her suspicions but merely thanked her for her time. Before hanging up, [redacted] told her that she would leave a message for the complainant to contact our office. We never contacted the complainant at work to discuss his personal business with our firm. We were merely contacted them to see if he was presently employed there. It was his co-worker, [redacted], who insinuated the rest and voluntarily took it upon herself to let him know we had called. Our firm does agree to contact the complainant by mail or on his home phone and not at his place of employment to discuss his accounts with our film.
