Ms*** *** came in to repair her two broken nails that were done from another location that still had acrylic on it. So I removed the old acrylic and put new acrylic on her but she was very picky and did not like it so I adjusted it for her and she still did not like it. She said if she was paying for it then we have to do good but we tried our best and she still did not like it. Therefore we said that if you don’t like it then we will take it off no charge but if you keep it we will have to charge. She did not want to take it off but yet she didn’t want to pay for it, so we decided to cut the acrylic off the way it was before when she first came in since she did not like it and was not going to pay. She then started yelling and swearing at us so we had to kick her out
We would have apologized to her but she was yelling and swore at us therefore we feel that we should not have to apologize. She swore and called me a ***. If she really would like an apology then to be civil we can apologize but we would like an apology as well. We do not appreciate the swearing and the cursing at us in our salon in front of other customers. She embarrassed us in front of our other customers and stated out loud that she hoped that no one will come to our nail shop
