services for the specified tenure. His issue was promptly resolved and the customer did not report any further issues on his computer. He said he was contacted by a different company after two days and he could have called Fewlogics to request a cancellation as our refund policy allow our customers to cancel within 48 hours of purchase. Fewlogics has two different sections for Web Designing (www.fewlogics.com) and for Software Technical Assistance (www.fewlogics.net). We received a Dispute on behalf of Mr. [redacted] on February-24-2016 requesting documents to sustain that the charge was legitimate. We supplied all the required documents and the charge was reversed. Customer is out of time to cancel and request a refund now. We have installed "Paid" Security Software's on his computer which will be disabled in-case if he continues with the Dispute through his bank. Customer can contact us for a Check Up of his computer to ensure the Software's installed by us are still on his computer and has not been removed/replaced by the mentioned company "Technilogs".We enclose a copy of the Client Agreement with Invoice to give the details of the agreement and the services purchased from Fewlogics Inc.
