We have worked with the customer and correct the problem

Review: [redacted] Concrete poured a basement floor for me on a new home and after it was done I have found that the floor is not the thickness the estimate said it would be off 3 1/2" and is also not up to the wisconsin uniform dwelling code minimum thickness of 3". I have contacted [redacted] and he is aware of the situation and agreed that is is incorrect and not up to code. I have told him that I would like it replaced and done properly up to code, he would like to pour a thin layer over it which I said is unacceptable. Upon me telling him that I want the floor replaced and done properly he has not returned my multiple phone calls to him with all calls ending in me leaving him a message.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] Concrete to tear out and replace the basement floor to the thickness the estimate says of 3 1/2" which would bring it into compliance with the uniform dwelling code. They shall cover all cost that arise to fix this mistake.
