Maint. Getting worried about zero feedback 2 months later I tried to contact ffmotorsports saskatoon. After many attempts I found out they contracted the job out to DnR with out telling me. One month later I'm worried, zero feedback. It's a two hour trip to Saskatoon but I have to go get my bike. I'm afraid its been damaged or being used for something? I have never experience such unprofessional people. Incredible! What a let down, I fear many parts will be missing.

They Sold me a ATV That is broken and they will not fix. At the beginning of September I purchased an ATV through Ffun Motorgroup. It started when they said they would throw in a set of ramps at $0.00. We find out that they actually just put it in the price, without our knowledge. The first time I took the quad out for a small leisurely ride with a 10 year old daughter I heard a squeak from the quad. I emailed my sales rep who had sold me the quad right away. He said it could be dust on the breaks. We took it out again for another leisurely quad ride and heard the same thing. I put 10 km on the quad altogether since I got it. I emailed the sales rep [redacted], and we got nothing but unprofessionalism from him. He was accusing us of jumping the quad and mistreating it, and that we were the ones who broke the quad. He did book it in to be looked at. During this time, it sat at the service centre for 3 weeks. I was emailing [redacted] asking when is it going to get fixed, he said he doesn't think they will cover it because he doesn't know if we broke it. [redacted]. [redacted]. [redacted]. I again asked the status of my quad [redacted]. [redacted], [redacted]. I sent him a few emails now, and they are ignoring me. [redacted], I went to the service station and loaded my quad up and went home. The manager of the service station stated that yea there is some work that needs to be fixed, and that he would fix it but it is not his call. [redacted]. With 10 km on my new ATV I financed I have not been able to ride it as it is needed close to $400.00 dollars worth of service which they are not doing nothing about. Not even making an effort to get in contact with me.Desired SettlementI would like to see Ffun Motorgroup fix my quad to the standard of selling, the way it should have been before being sold, [redacted]
