Complaint$24.75 charge on my bill for "shop supplies" on a routine Oil and brake fluid service. routine oil and brake service done on Aug 22, 2016.Itemized bill included "Total labor & parts" for all activities. At the end of the bill there is a$24.75 charge for 'shop supplies'. I challenged them what 'shop supplies' and they said this was a standard charge to cover overhead.they never tell their clients any work will include and additional charge for 'shop supplies'. this is fee as described on my invoice can not be justified for a simple oil change a[redacted]Desired SettlementThey need to reimburse me back $24.75 and ideally remove this charge [redacted]Business Response Shop supplies are a standard charge that all dealerships and mechanical repair facilities charge for miscellaneous supplies used while servicing vehicles such as bolts, grease, seat covers, gloves, cardboard floor mats, etc. Mr. [redacted] can come to the dealership and speak with management team regarding his concern.

Not honouring a guaranteed return on their refundable $500 deposit. We travelled to Saskatoon, SK on Saturday May 16,2015 to inquiry about a few vehicles we were thinking about purchasing. One of them being a pre-owned [redacted] with 38,000 km for $12,000 at the Saskatoon Hyundai dealership on idylwyld. They did not have the vehicle on the lot at this time as it was in getting detailed according to their word of mouth. We were treated with respect upon arrival to the dealership and everyone was comforting which left us with a good first impression on the establishment which allowed us to trust them. We decided to put a $500 deposit (which was promised to be refundable) on the [redacted] to ensure they would hold it until we got back from our 8 day trip. When we got back from our trip, [redacted] (the used car salesman that was very cooperative up to this point) called us and we mentioned that we would no longer be interested in the vehicle because it was a base model without any options and we're not interested anymore. As soon as I had mentioned this [redacted] had turned into a completely different person, he panicked upon finding this out and more or less ended the call. He called back later after speaking to the used car sales manager and became extremely pushy about the car and I repeatedly mentioned that I was no longer interested. Once he caught whiff of this he said to speak to finance to get my money back. So I then called finance and inquired about how to get my money back and they kept transferring me back to [redacted] who of course, conveniently was never available. After this I contacted the dealership via email and phone at least 20 times to different departments trying to get this money back [redacted]. The used car sales manager and [redacted] repeatedly have been [redacted] evading my calls and emails up to this point (a week and a half). I have left countless voicemails [redacted] as well as emails trying to get my concern addressed with no reply whatsoever from the two. [redacted] Desired SettlementTo return my $500 [redacted] Business Response I have had the opportunity to discuss the case with the two individuals concerned. I think that there has obviously been some miss understanding over the purpose of the deposit. However, as a fair local business, I am happy to take the higher ground and refund Mr. [redacted]'s $500 deposit. [redacted] I believe the reason for this unfortunate occurrence, is due to a miss-understanding over the sale of the vehicle. In every sale we take a deposit on vehicles pending delivery, so another customer cannot buy the car until such time as the new owner can collect the vehicle. There may be a number of reasons why there should be a delay from purchase to delivery (and ultimately ownership), such as credit acceptance etc. In this case, if the customer had agreed to buy the car, pending finance or some sort or reasonable approve time (i.e. wanted to talk it over with a spouse) we would return the deposit without incident. However in this case the car was off sale for over a week, and the reason cited after this time, was something so obvious, we could have known about it long before the eight days had elapsed. To this end, the Sales Manager made the decision that we would retain the deposit for fair & reasonable potential loss of earnings, during that eight days. All of these comments are listed in Mr. [redacted]'s statement. After all, what would be the point of taking a deposit in the first place! [redacted]

My experience was awesome!!!","pos-1
