Mr*** said he has responded to customer's request for repairs by sending a crew member to cu's house to do whatever cu wanted doneA day was spent at the cu's house doing repairsThe business temporarily blocked the customer's number due to incessant calls, but it is not blocked now, and business has reached out to customer today and customer has not returned his texts or callsBusiness said there only remains painting in pantry and touch up on a wall to finishBusiness would like to schedule that, but needs to hear from customerCustomer can get in touch with business to discussIf the customer does not wish business to return, a refund of $is availableThe warranty for original craftsmanship is in effect

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]MrBobby [redacted] DBA Millennium Construction (Hereafter referred to as "Bobby or [redacted] or Bobby [redacted]") quoted and agreed to perform renovation repairs at my house on [redacted] commencing 01-Apr-The contract to renovate the house came with a 3-year warranty for all work performedOn 23-Jun-2016, My [redacted] was notified with a list of items (totaling items I believe) that had not been completed properly as per the original contract termsBobby [redacted], constantly and consistently evaded and ignored numerous calls and requests to complete the workIn one very serious instance, in July 2016, the master bathroom toilet was leaking sewerage water to the dining room ceiling (a health hazard) due to the poor workmanship of his plumber and he did little to nothing until December 2016, nearly a whole months after I told him of this serious health hazardIn brief [redacted], does not care.? After I had tried on numerous occasions to call him, leaving him voicemail's, I asked the realtor who introduced me to him to call himSomehow, miraculously after months and months of my wife and I trying to call him, [redacted] somewhat answered my realtors call without his phone going to voicemailIt turns out that [redacted] has consistently and permanently blocked my number, my work number and that of my wife and has no intentions of communicating with either one of us to address the issue.4.? On 28-Feb-2017, after I made the Revdex.com complaint, all over a sudden I received a call, he now could send someone to my house within 24hoursHe sent one of his older craftsman ([redacted]) to execute some minor incomplete work to my house on 01-Mar-The craftsman was there for approximately hours completing only the smallest of tasks and by NO MEANS NOTHING OVER AND ABOVE THE ORIGINAL SCOPE OF WORKIn the short time the craftsman was there, he probably completed of the outstanding items I emailed [redacted] back on 23-Ju02-Mar-2017, [redacted] sent me the text message belowHe clearly confirms and outlines that he has permanently blocked all our numbers which confirms he has no intention of honouring the warranty repairs for a period of years (months)[redacted] needs to provide me a refund of $18,000; so, that I can source a reputable construction company who can complete his unfinished work and who WILL warranty the work for months[redacted] has zero intention of honouring the workHe is impossible to reach because he has blocked our numbersBelow is the text message I received from [redacted] on 02-Mar-which I have purposely withheld to respondI have a LOOONG list of text messages, voice calls and voicemail's that [redacted] has intentionally and purposely refused to answer so that we can suffer and so that our house can deteriorateFYI - when construction work is incomplete, there is secondary deterioration of the work performed if not completed properly[redacted] has described me as "picky" because I like to get work done properly"I know [redacted] got a lot done yesterday but I would like to get a revised list of things you would still like to see done and I need to line up the painter tofinish that closet and touch up where [redacted] skimmed For the record I had blocked your and [redacted]'s number apparently and was not lying about notreceiving any of those callsAlso if you could update the Revdex.com complaint it could potentially cost me customers On my end 80% of the things on that listwhere things that either you were being incredibly picky about or things we did not bid and were not apart of the JobYou would not have paid me if Iwasn't finished, yes the painter missed some stuff and there can be small issues that come up later but we always take care of our customers No hardfeeling I like you and [redacted] and your kids are great just want to make you happy and move on We will honor our warranty and I can respond to thecomplaint through Revdex.com but I would rather you let them know.? [redacted] said you got his number if you need him and he will build some extra shelves for youif you need them I do understand where you are coming from so don't take anything the wrong way"It is my intent that Revdex.com take measures to warn other consumers of his unscrupulous methods of working and conning consumersI will certainly want to inform all my neighbours of his ways so that at the very least, they are informed of what to expectRevdex.com, please assist to have this crooked one-man-show business refund me $18,so that I can get a worthwhile company to complete the work and warranty the workMy biggest mistake was that I trusted [redacted] would be available to perform warranty work and/or complete unfinished workFor that reason, and for the fact that he initiated the work in very short notice, I paid him in full, in the trust that he would honour completing the work and honour warrantyThe text message above is clear evidence that he has no intention of ever performing warranty work if he has permanently blocked my number and that of my wife[redacted] will continue to do this to othersRegards, [redacted]?

customer to follow up regarding painting, but has not heard back from customerCustomer may contact business to set up the painting.?
