This morning Comfort Technician Jimmy C [redacted] of F.HFurr arrived promptly to perform periodic maintenance on our home gas furnace This is the third time he has been to our home He completed the work professionally and explained what I needed to do to maintain/improve the performance of the system Particularly, he noted that the blower motor was dirty on account of our recent vent cleaning He also recommended the I periodically disinfect the A/C condensate drain with bleach MrC [redacted] work is a fine reflection on F.HFurr, a company I have done business with at several homes I look forward to having MrC [redacted] service our system again

Jimmy was very professional and thorough as he inspected my furnace, humidifier, and heat pump He was on time, efficient, and left me with solid recommendations for my system's future needs Well done!!

My air conditioner broke down in Woodbridge at 11:p.mon Friday night, the night before a big party with guests expected on a degree dayI got hold of the Furr office at 8:a.mand Lucas S [redacted] , the Furr technician, was at my house by 10:a.mHe sussed out the problem--I needed a new capacitor and more refrigerant--and got the system up and running (it was already degrees inside the house by this time)he told me he had another call in Front Royal, but to give him a call on his cell phone if there was any problemBy 2:p.mthe inside temp had only dropped to 79, so I called Lucas, who promised to stop by again after he was finished in Front Royal (miles away)He arrived about 4:p.mand realized the system needed much more refrigerant, so he put that in and the system started cooling downThe party went off without a problem and Lucas--and FHFurr--saved the day for usI cannot thank Lucas enough

My technician from FH FURR, named P A [redacted] , appeared at my oor at exactly 8:am, as I had requestedHe performed his duties in a diligent manner, and he was very respectful of our home, and he was extremely knowledgeableI hope to have him back in the fallFrank S in Reston

Outstanding annual heating system inspection visitPaul arrived promptly, inspected the system and replaced all my filters with replacements he brought with himHe was courteous and prepared for MY system and went about his business in a professional and business like manner

MrRodney T [redacted] did an excellent job on my HIVAC system during the annual cooling system check He was professional and knowledgeable He diagnosed the problems and offered solutions that worked I have used F.HFurr for at least years and have always been very happy with the work performedThis was no exceptionThanks to Mr T [redacted] for his excellent work and F.HFurr for continued excellenceRoger T***

Lloyd F [redacted] of FH Farr was very helpful He not only repaired two switches but also identified and corrected a fire hazard

I contacted FH Furr three days ago when my air conditioning stopped workingI was assured over that time the would be able to service my unitThen at 1:p.mon the day of service, they called to tell me that because they had too many commitments to contract services they would not be able to visit my home until next weekToday is ThursdayWhile not fraud, it is extremely untrustworthy of this business, that clearly knew they were overwhelmed, to not let me know earlier that they could not comeIf I was at risk due to age or health, this could have resulted in serious consequencesThis business needs to reassess their business model and practices at the least, and is not a credit to our greater community

Good job on a difficult upgrade of existing wiring

Mike and Josh worked very efficiently on removing tile, floor and other fixtures from the bathroom They were here for about three hours It was just the first stage of the bathroom overhaul Others have come to put up dry wall and paint and we expect tile work will be the next phase I might seeMike and Josh again on the last day, when tub and fixtures need to be installed

Very Happy with the service to replace my Water Heater and other partsTrevor was very pleasant and I also learned quite a bitThey aren't the cheapest provider around but the service makes up for it

F.HFurr technicians Frank B [redacted] and Joseph G [redacted] provided outstanding service today, removing a year old HVAC system and installing a new HVAC system They arrived on time, worked non-stop throughout the day and completed the job a bit earlier than anticipated They clearly knew their craft, delivering technical excellence and superior customer service Both had engaging personalities The house and job site were spotless upon completion of the work They were thorough in their explanation of the nuances of the new system Superb

Recently had a new thermostat installed and it wasn't programed to control the humidifierI called F.HFurr and they sent a technician out the same dayJuan was very professional and corrected the issue in short order

Juan was very pleasant and professional while preforming his work on my heating unitHe answered all my questions and explained very thing he was doing and why Very friendly and courteousI would highly recommend Juan and F H Furr for all my hvac work

Technician Paul R [redacted] and trainee Suras came to my home to do the yearly heating unit inspectionThey were very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great jobThey were very efficient and completed the job in a very reasonable timeI am very happy about the service and hope these professionals will be sent to my home the next time
