agreement on a property was made and monie totaling $3420 were paid by us. Septic and pool repaired prior to check cashing; he will no do as agreedCheck [redacted] for 1650 cashed on Monday the 18th of July. 120 paid the week previous to that. [redacted] agreed to fix all items in disrepair as outlined before closing: septic and pool, were the items in question. As of today, he has cashed 1 check for $1650 and received cash for $120 dollars for which he provided receipt however none of the items he stated he'd have repaired have been completed as previously agreed. Now he is refusing to complete his part, thereby denying us the property. He refused to draft a written contract and misrepresented the costs to both buyer and seller. He's a predator and he's unethical and he had to be stopped so this doesn't happen to other people.Desired SettlementI want him to complete his part of the terms which were previously agreed upon; ie complete repair of septic tank, complete repair of pool. Do not deny a disabled person housing.Business Response I believe this complaint was the result of misunderstanding. The customer has apologized and had a lot going on in her life at the time. All monies received were returned and this matter has been resolved.
