I am rejecting this response because: It is not within 5 days of being told the refund would be processed. Not even close. I was told the refund would be given by email on January 9th. It is February 21st...

5 days we responded to the customer stating we would process the refund within the week and we are still within that week. The refund will be processed within the next two days and will take a few days to settle.Thank you.
