[redacted] ,Putnam Automotive.When Fiat in SF & SJ closed,we started to get all there customers.We are so backed up with cars,we are telling our service customers,they must wait untill we have a service opening.All cars that are waiting for parts must stay in customers posession.We have no more room @ Putnam.I would suggest,for east bay Fiat customer,to bring car to McKevitt in Berkeley or Lithia in Concord or have Fiat come to customers house for inspection & removal.Fiat is working on opening new dealershipsBest Regards,***

One stripped/damaged wheel lug and stud was found during a tire rotation serviceThe customer had informed us he had his Fiat last serviced at San Francisco FiatWe informed him the manufacturer did not want to assist with the repairOur
Fiat general manager and the Putnam customer relations manager has offered to repair this concern for the customer and zero out of pocket expense after reviewing his concernWe have reached out to the customer multiple times and left numerous voice mails to offer the repairs at no chargeCustomer has not returned any phone calls from Putnam and has stated he refuses to return to PutnamWe informed the California B.A.Rwe would like to repair this issue at zero charge to the customer

Fiat of Burlingame had five days to do the right thing and repair the damage without cost to usThey repeatedly refused to do soIt is only now that we are making their business practice public that they offer to fix it without charging usWe have since had the repair done at a reputable repair shop (for a considerably lower cost than Fiat of Burlingame wanted to charge us)As stated in our original complaint, if they want to make it right they can reimburse us for the cost of the repair ($463.94)We expect any communication from them to be in writing(They left one voicemail for us, not "numerous" as they claim.)
