Review: This company is a subcontractor to [redacted] and they were contracted out to bury a cable line to my property line and no further. The technician obtained access to my backyard without consent and my gate was locked with a lock that requires a key. After filing my complaint for property damage which was caused by the technician when he buried the cable line without permission, the technician or someone who knew about the situation came back onto my property to correct the issue after [redacted] had instructed me to leave the site untouched and to obtain an estimate from my landscaper to have the area fixed. The manager (Fiber Technologies) of this area is due to my property to assess the damage today. Regardless, Fiber Technologies, Inc. has trespassed on my locked property twice without notification via phone or consent. Not only is this illegal, they have caused damage to my property.Desired Settlement: I'd like to see this technician fired. There is no excuse for the actions caused by this technician which were illegal. Not only is trespassing illegal, my property was damaged and now I'm responsible for finding the time to get an estimate to have this issue fixed. This is inconvenient to me.
