I called to verify the amount I am being charged and the lady who answered was extremely rude, argumentative, and condescending. She called me stupid, listed her credentials as if to show she was better than me, refused to listen to my whole story, refused to transfer me to a manager, and hung up on me. I was careful to be polite on the phone, but this is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
Mr. is not one of our customers. He's a resident of one of the apartment complexes we work with. We have a policy not to work with residents directly, which helps us protect our customers. We informed Mr. he needed to discuss his concerns with the Apartment Manager who invoiced him. We're sorry he was not accepting of our response.
