The building has been upgraded with our 100 Mbps fiber optic service (accessible via the Ethernet jack on the wall of each apartment's living room) but we have not been able to advertise this or migrate customers...

on your part of the street completely over to the new connection due to complications from a major construction project down the street. Specifically, the City is requiring that all utility lines, including our fiber optic cable which feeds your building, at the intersection of [redacted] Rd and [redacted] Ave be moved from above ground telephone poles to a new underground utility duct bank, but this project has been delayed by months. You are welcome to use the 100 Mbps fiber service, but that service will be disrupted for an extended period when the above ground to underground utility switchover finally happens. I apologize for this inconvenience.
