In response to this complaint I '***" not *** as complained has stated being the manager of our business am writing in declaration to respond with the truth in this matter as stated here in this letter: Customer called and ordered fiberglass fenders in which we have a flow chart of es***ated
completion which all customers receive their promise date of 3-weeks to make the custom fiberglass parts, in no way was customer not aware of this ***e frameCustomers parts were received from our factory and shipped out in a timely matterCustomer received the package and called and stated the fenders were damaged and described the parts as bad using profanity and that he couldn't use themMy team member instructed customer to refuse the damaged parts and we could get him another set rushed out upon inspection of the damage and open a claim with the shipping provider, per our policyUpon receipt back of the parts in which we incur the cost the parts were never even removed from the protective foam wrapped packaging which is unique to our shipping department and not able to be duplicated, so the customer would have no way of inspecting the parts to be damagedWe then called the customer and explained to him that the parts were not damaged and that he could not have inspected them, customer used profanity frequently and also discredited my team member as well as myself on a personal levelAt this ***e corporate got involved asking about the refund in which we explained the situation as well as the customers actual customer called me personally and expressed his concern about this collision company and receiving his partsI sent pictures of the parts to actual customer and he was happy with the parts and stated this manager was giving him the run around on install in which he tried to blame usI have a statement from actual customer to support this case as well as was in contact with corporate about their manager and the cause of this matter in which I offered the corporate adviser a full refund less shipping as we already paid for it to come back so it was a washShe and I came to an agreement and will do business in the future, however I will not do business with that storeActual customer was very happy with our service in which he is buying the same parts directly from us as was issued a full refund for the store managers disregard for this young kids install in which he feared he would lose all his money investedIn no way is any part of this matter stated true by which is stated in this complaint and it is a direct derogatory attempt at salvaging said claimants name in blaming another entity, and it is the direct fault of his ownI have statements I can produce if needed in this matter to keep our name untarnished and our record clear as we have already resolved this matter with company's corporate location *** ***Management Fiberwerx
