Hospital Sent my account to collections and it's their internet page not taking payments
I was never informed of the details of the charges after my surgeryHowever I made a payment plan of a monthlately, Henderson Hospinternet page is not taking payments onlineI don't have all the time of the world to be on the phone to call and make paymentsI have not been late for more than days
I want an explanation of the expensive charges made to me and not cover by my insurance and my account out from collections
I really wanted to like this hospitalIt is close to our home and my wife is frequently hospitalizedWe had been going to Southern Hills Hospital which is a great hospital but Henderson is much closerWe decided to try Henderson Hospital and were very pleased with the nurses and other personnelAll were friendly and gave good careThe hospital room was cheaply built but cleanMy wife was in the ER for a while and then transferred to a bed on the floorIt was the same procedure as other times when she was admitted to the hospitalIt seemed that we had found a new hospital
My wife has Medicare and AARP medi-gap insuranceAll her stays at other hospitals were totally covered by her insurance and we expected the same would happen at HendersonA few weeks later, we were shocked when we got a bill for $Henderson Hospital is part of the Valley Health SystemI called billing to see why we were being billedThe rep said my wife had not been admitted even though she had been
Was atmited to the emergency room on 12/12/to room was moved to holding while being moved I informed the person who was moving me that I had left my phone on the bed and I wanted to get it she told me she would get it and put it in my property, upon leaving my phone was not in my property , I filed a complaint before I left hospital , since I've been out I've received one phone call telling me tbsy they are still looking for my phone, was never called again
